Ex-encounter specialist Pradeep Sharma joins Shiv Sena

Former encounter specialist Pradeep Sharam joined the Shiv Sena on Friday in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Pradeep Sharma had recently resigned from the police force.

Pradeep Sharma is known for 150 encounters.

Pradeep Sharma joined the Shiv Sena in the presence of party president Uddhav Thackeray.

Pradeep Sharma is also likely to contest from Nalasopara constituency assembly on the outskirts of Mumbai.

Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray said, “When Pradeep Sharma was in police, his gun spoke, now his mann [heart] will speak.”

Pradeep Sharma said, “When I was in the service, I was always inspired by Balasaheb Thackeray. He always stood by us.”
